How long will my ink cartridge last me?
I intend to make multiple copies. As 100 copies of a 5-6 page package. And I intend to do this month. My printer can make copies at my own expense, ink, paper and weather. Or I can pay a shop such as The UPS Store to do it for me. I just want to know what would be cheaper. A package of six pages cost $ 32 in black and white UPS Store. Does anyone know approximately how many pages of text and pictures I could get out of a cartridge ink jet black. Much appreciated.
It really depends on many variables. The most important is the amount of print / pictures are on each page, how much ink is required for the page, the page size, the size of the ink cartridge (the amount of ink that care), etc. …, so the quality parameters print (as mentioned above) to determine the amount of ink used. A color laser printer would be better for the amount of work you offers. Unless you have an inkjet business class inkjet small house may not have the durability to do your work for too long and they may take a considerable amount of time too. Ink cartridges are not cheap. I think the use of The UPS Store would be better. You can also check in other places such as Kinko's or your closest store office supplies which color copying / printing machines / services offering in May cheaper alternatives. You can always try your printer first and see how it works and how long your last cartridge, then due to rough estimate of how much money it will cost you to print (including paper costs, the cost of ink cartridge, your time find and buy supplies, etc..)
